Dr. Mridula Barman, B.A, LL.M, D.I.P.L, Ph.D (Law), Settlor-Cum-Managing Trustee of Surendra Barman Memorial Education Foundation and Principal, Dhubri Law College, established this institution to provide quality education for the youth of the region.
